Abstract: The principle of non-intervention has been known for a while as it was even stated by the founder of international law science, Hugo Grotius. In terms of content, the principle entails the obligation of states not to interfere in affairs which fall within national competence of a State (belonging to the reserved area). This principle excludes any form of intervention, not only the military (any form of interference or threats against the personality of the State or against its political elements, economic, cultural).
