Abstract: Much of our life is dedicated to labor and because of that job satisfaction is a very important aspect of our professional life with important consequences at personal level and for the organization where work is carried out. The main purpose of this paper is the research of motivation and job satisfaction among employees in Affidea Constanta, explaining the relationship satisfaction-motivation-involvement in work because these concepts are often confused, and finally a questionnaire of 32 questions was applied to know the importance of job satisfaction factors within employees through a study composed of 25 people, including 8 men and 17 women.
