Abstract: The success of an organization is achieved by its ability to meet the needs and expectations of itscustomers and other stakeholders in the long term and in a balanced way. Lasting success can beachieved through effective management of the organization, through environmental awareness within theorganization, through learning and applying appropriate improvements, innovations, or both.
