Abstract: Being competitive and profitable in the era of technology and business digitization is a realchallenge and in order to survive economically, companies have to keep up with the innovationsand transformations of the business environment. Today's management now focuses on creativity,social intelligence and "out of the box" thinking, in this context outsourcing services is gainingground, as companies choose not to internalize all types of activities, but to call on specialists, thusbenefiting from their expertise to provide the necessary support. Therefore, we can say thatoutsourcing is revolutionizing the global business environment. This paper analyzes outsourcingmanagement with emphasis on financial accounting services.
