Abstract: The question we are answering is: How do we evaluate the performance of an enterprise's leadership. There are two perspectives of evaluation and the criteria are diverse: What is the potential of management? What are management’s results? Sometimes the answers intersect sometimes not. In this paper, we are proposing some benchmarks for evaluating the achievements of business management.
