Abstract:
We are witnessing a disturbance in the management of organizations in the context of the present pandemic, a condition that produces many transformations, which instigates acceptance in order to ensure a favorable evolution. A state of helplessness puts to the test the organizational structures that lose speed in the entrepreneurial dynamics of quality management. We participate in a real phenomenon of diversification of the forms of social reorganization of the built organizations, aiming at changing the personality or the individual attitudes of the staff which is much more difficult to achieve. From the perspective of approaching the gravitational center of educational organizations, the study generates impulses to ensure at least a theoretical foundation capable of highlighting the most valuable element, human resources. Using methodologies such as analysis, comparison and interpretation of globally observed data, the study examines the benefits of suggestions and models for changing mindsets, practices and organizational structures.
