Abstract: Quality management plays an important role in the tourism activity as a comprehensive approach that continues to be an inseparable part of the success and evolution of tourism and the development of tourist regions. The objective of this paper is to highlight the emerging issues related to the dynamics of contemporary tourism in Constanța. As specific objectives, which we want to address in this paper would be: improving activities, modernizing the flow, technologicalization, sustainable responsibility and defining organizational characteristics. At the cognitive level, only the simple association of quality management with the development of tourist regions can provide positive results in terms of the theoretical approach of the notion in choosing, defining, mapping the tourist product or service.
