Abstract:
In the context of the requirements of physical distance and health security imposed by the global Covid-19 pandemic situation, it is necessary to adapt consulting services and organizational communication. The aim of the paper is to identify the adaptation measures taken by economic organizations and entities, in their concern to facilitate the communication of information of public interest, necessary to make effective decisions on adaptation to the restrictions generated by the pandemic crisis. Crisis management consultancy and support for combating the effects of the crisis in the community are areas that become the concern of specialized practitioners professional services for managers and can focus their services on the staff of an organization in isolation imposed by the authorities or performing work activities at at home, adaptation being made to reduce the effects of the pandemic on the organizations and communities in which they operate.
