Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the connection between the pro-forma situations and the analysis of the activity report with the data provided by SC Selprod SRL. Pro forma cash flow statements are valuable information needed to determine the company's cash, one of its most critical assets. The analysis of the activity report includes a study on the industry producing electrical and electronic products from our country. This article aims at the potential profitability of the company, based on managerial information.
