Abstract: The Japanese management is to a significant extent, a reflection of the country’s cultural peculiarities. The article intents to review some of the specific elements of the Japanese management system, which, on the one hand, underlie the performance Japanese companies, and on the other hand, differentiate it from the management systems practiced in other countries.
