Abstract: The aim of the paper is to identify the peculiarities of the management of the pharmaceutical entity's resources in the conditions of the health crisis, caused by Covid disease 19. The global uncertainty regarding the dynamics and evolution of the pandemic generated by SARS CoV 2 virus of the resources made available to them. If remote work has been a life-saving solution for many fields of activity, for the pharmaceutical field, the adoption of a flexible work schedule could not be considered a variant for the efficient use of the employed resources. Thus, in strict correlation with the still unknown trend of the Health Crisis, an adequate management of resources in pharmaceutical entities is an aspect that should not be neglected given the specific field of activity, respectively participation with the state in ensuring the health of the population.
