Abstract: The data presented in this paper are part of a larger study that tests various hypotheses to determine the extent to which managers' and performers' opinions affect the general opinion that various factors identified above influence coaches' and mentors' performance. To achieve the proposed goal, the statistical software SPSS was used. Now we will test Hypothesis: Respondent profile (manager or performer) affects the opinion on whether the regulation of the coaching or mentoring profession influences their performance.
