Abstract:
The purpose of the research was to analyze the leadership situation in schools in Romania. To carry out this study, we created an online questionnaire that was applied to teachers in the pre-university education system in Romania. Following the research, we found that most of the teachers answered that in the school where they teach, the emphasis is placed to a large extent on the development of leadership programs for them, the teachers answered that in the school where they teach, there is a very large emphasis on encouraging collaboration between school management, teachers and students in a friendly manner. On the other hand, teachers mentioned that they do not have the confidence to reveal their problems related to teaching activity and the level of stress in front of the school management. This topic has not been studied at the level of Romania, being also an element of novelty.
