Abstract:
In an ever-changing environment, companies are constantly faced with change, whether big or small. However, "change management" and "being a change leader" are different, especially in their transformational impact. The human factor is the main concern of management in the context of a change, because of its resistance it can block the process or its potential to facilitate the process. The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of leadership and its effects on the recipients of the change, an essential factor for the acquisition of the change desired or imposed by the leaders. It is desired to promote human capital through the actions and behaviors of a leader who has the ability to generate the phenomenon of human-specific learning change.
