Abstract: The study aimed to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship education and graduate employment in Nasarawa State, addressing rising unemployment among graduates despite entrepreneurship education being part of their curriculum. A sample size of 120 was used, and data analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques. The study found that the entrepreneurship curriculum and educator's competency significantly influence graduate business start-ups. The content of the curriculum and educators' competence are essential for driving graduate business start-ups. The study also highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship education proxies in enhancing the growth and development of skills and experiences of educators in universities. However, some educators lack the necessary skills for efficient entrepreneurship course delivery. The study recommends that curriculum content should be more practical and educators should be adequately trained.
