Abstract: The research work, through its structure, aims to achieve several objectives: following the evolution of the insurance market in Romania during the period 2015 - 2022, a period in which the pandemic generated by Covid-19 left its mark on several sectors of activity, the analysis the correlation between the indicators that define the insurance market and GDP/capita, and finally, with the help of the statistical program Eviews, we will create a multiple linear regression model.
