Abstract: Organizational change management is critical to the adaptation and long-term success of organizations. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in this context, having a significant impact on the effectiveness of implementing changes. The present study examines how the dimensions of transformational leadership—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—contribute to the success of organizational change. The research was conducted on a sample of 300 managers from various industries, using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to assess the correlations between leadership style and change effectiveness. The results indicate that idealized influence and inspirational motivation are the most influential dimensions of transformational leadership in increasing the effectiveness of organizational changes. The study provides recommendations for developing transformational leadership skills and improving change management.
