Abstract: Burnout in the healthcare system is a major concern, significantly impacting both the staff and the quality of services provided. This article examines the prevalence of burnout among healthcare professionals, exploring environmental and personal factors that contribute to this issue. It also highlights the role of effective work management in preventing and reducing burnout. Through the analysis of case studies and management strategies, it demonstrates how optimizing working conditions can mitigate the risks associated with burnout, promoting a healthy and sustainable work environment in the healthcare sector. This article offers recommendations for integrating work management into prevention strategies.
