Abstract:
Abstract This is the age of intelligent retailing where airlines want to optimize the sale of the base fare and air ancillary bundle to maximize revenues. This paper discusses customer segmentation based on the context for travel, air ancillary bundle recommendation for the personas and personalization of the offer for a segment of one.
