Abstract:
Young people are confronted not only with a high risk of not finding a job, but also with a higher risk of becoming unemployed, as compared with other occupational groups on the labour market as well as with other issues related employment, professional training inconsistent with the labour market requirements, indecent wages, unattractive job opportunities, international mass labour migration. These are the reasons why young people are considered a vulnerable social group on the labour market that requires additional measures for social protection.
