Abstract:
The present paper intends to address a number of issues relating to rural development in our country. I believe that one cannot talk about sustainable economic growth without an increased attention paid to rural development, especially with a view of the fact that rural areas provide a number of important primary resources: human potential — partially qualified labour force, land potential, rich forest, cultural heritage, etc.
