Social Management Control - Decisive Factor for the Organizational Performance

Abstract: From researches conducted in four companies from 2001 to 2004, the article describes the issues of a control of the social performance based on a socio-economic management control. This article raises the issue of the design and the implementation of socioeconomic management control in a company, to help assistance social performance and measure its impact on the economic performance. The article also identifies informational and organizational conditions for a lasting foothold in the activity of a socio-economic management control.
