The stakeholders is a person or a group which has an interest, or a personal implication into a firm and his performances. The studies made in developed countries show that the satisfaction of clients desires is more important that the satisfaction of stockholders desiresIncreasing the responsibility of strategic management, from the attending to the financial obligation to the stockholder up to the accomplishment of the desideratum of diverse investments is a process of increasing the activity of superior management
