Overview of the administration of oracle databases with application in the budgetary section

Abstract: The paper suggests the presentation of an informatics system for the automatic administrative data processing of the budgetary activity proposed foe implementation at the Court of Counts, Romania, through which there can be achieved and arranged the information in a real time, so that the negatives phenomenon that can appear to be cleared.
