Abstract:
The strategic thinking is the nucleus of a commercial society’s activity and it has in view firm’s positioning in the field of efficiency and competitivity. The substantiation of strategic management needs a unifying thinking which should give answers to the questions about the purpose, the motivation of action, the ways to be followed and the possibilities of achieving the purpose, aspects which are presented in this essay.
