Abstract:
The phenomenon of labor external migration is a very complex and topical one; it is determined by multiple causes, and it determines, at its turn, a series of consequences that can have positive or negative effects upon for the origin country of the emigrants. Under such circumstances the paper targets to approach and analyze this phenomenon by emphasizing its main forms as well as its causes and effects
