Abstract:
The Management system related to service providing organizations from developed countries contains a series of components to be approached: the service market, service provision, organization’s image, culture and philosophy of the organization to provide the service. Within a market economy, the activity of any organization providing public or private services is decisively determined by the market, both in terms of demand for necessary resources and in terms of provided results, services respectively. The provision of services implies a careful analysis of the environment of organization’s activity, of the human, material and financial resources involved, closely connected to the continuous concern of the management for client satisfaction and for creating the best achievable image of the organization
