Abstract:
In the present economic conjuncture, the elaboration and implementing of a strategical orientation can not be considered anymore the prerogative of certain entrepreneurs, but a necessity of any businessman who wants to prosper on the market and assure his long term viability. The enterprises' activity is permanently influenced by a multitude of forces that are continuously changing and upon which the above mentioned have very little influence if any. The rapid development of science and technology in all the domains of the economic life rise a number of problems to the managers that must adopt new methods, organizational and leadership techniques within the units and structures they manage in order to solve them
