Abstract: The aim of this article is to assess financial statements of health insurance companies with the aim at the General health insurance company of the Czech Republic primarily. To accomplish this aim general analysis of receipts and expenditures of health insurance public system including receipts and expenditures carried out General health insurance company of the Czech Republic.
