Abstract: Since "velvet revolution" the economic transformation passed and GDP again started growth after four years of decrease. And now is the time to think over the transformation process and to dispute opinions which accompanying its problems. The theme is large and therefore the paper is focused on macroeconomics aspects and the problems of past and future development.
