Abstract:
The article is dealing with the labour market in a country, which has traditionally low unemployment rate and small problems with employment of economic active population. The first part brings forward some economic problems which solutions influencing a labour market. The second part is dedicated to typical aspects of Japanese labour market. It exposes even a different role of the Unions.
