Abstract: The economists always confirm that the reason for existence of economy as science is scarcity of resources. The article is trying to illuminate why from economic view a concrete resources e.g. infrastructure, technical development and unemployment, present different phenomena's. It analyses basic economic structure (resources structures, reserves, goods and markets) how by return affect character of resources themselves. All the framework was transmit to mathematical matrix.
