Theoretical aspects of public goods analysis and some implications for economic policy

Abstract: The introduction of paper describes aspects of public goods. The next parts are dedicated to a derivation of an optimal level in providing of pure public goods, free riders problem and universal merit goods. The conclusion focuses some specific aspect of mixed goods and implication for economic policy.
