Labour Market Problems in the European Union and the Czech Republic

Abstract: The EU have unity in question of non-effective labour market especially regarding wages, mobility and organisation of labour time. The features are valid for the Czech Republic, too. The article deals with the main non-effectiveness in the EU labour market and consequently analyses a situation in the Czech Republic. The conclusion is dedicated to a possible future development of unemployment in the EU countries and the Czech Republic.
