Abstract:
The first part of article brings the history of N.D. Kondratev, who formulated the most of his thesis in time prior to revolution in the Russia. On the base of statistic analysis it decribes the theory of long waves in economy. He laid keystones of modern analysis of long waves fluctuation. The second and third part shows main ideas of Kondratev approach to long wave and his critics.
