Abstract: This article provides assessment of the four regional crises during the second half of 90's, i. e. the first and second crises in Latin America (1994 - 1995 and 1998 - 1999) together with the prolonged crisis in Asia (1997 - 1999) and still unresolved outbreak of latent turmoil of Russia (1998 beyond).
