Abstract: Nelle scuole di danza il passo d'addio e' il saggio finale che chiude il periodo di formazione dei giovani ballerini, ormai pronti a intraprendere la carriera professionale. Nel mio caso il passo d'addio ha un significato del tutto diverso: e' il momento finale di una lunga esperienza, rappresentando la presa d'atto dell'itinerario culturale che e' stato seguito nel corso di cinque decenni. In dance academies, a young dancer's farewell is marked by a final recital, which represents the end of his training period and shows that he is ready to begin his professional career. In my case, this farewell has an entirely different meaning: it is the last stop on a long journey of experience and represents an opportunity for me to acknowledge the cultural path that I have followed over the course of the last fifty years.
