E-Commerce and Agentic AI

Abstract:
E-commerce is recognized as a prominent arena of competition, and the role of value-driven experiences in context of progressing phygital scenery is seen as more and more important. We are witnessing an increasing AI Agents’ usefulness in e-commerce, as well as a streamlined approach of purchasing decisions based on Agentic AI. Marketing operations’ need to test agentic capabilities. It is critical to better understand Agentic AI’s successful implementation within a supply chain environment in which the e-commerce logistics scenery, from warehousing optimizations’ solutions till last-mile delivery services increasing CX, is deeply reshaped by the technological progress.
