FEER: RELEVANT LITERATURE AND EMPIRICAL LITERATURE

Abstract: This article discusses the place of the FEER concept in the open economy literature. The author summarizes the theory that supports and the notion of FEER, the assumptions and the relevant variables involved as well as the model by which FEER can be determined.
