Criminal prosecution for violation of the antimonopoly legislation: opportunities and risks

Abstract: The rules do not work on their own. It is connected with it the establishment of mechanisms to ensure compliance with these rules, including through the use of sanctions against violators. Different types of sanctions for the same infringement - is essentially a discrete structural alternatives with different expected effects. The purpose of this article - to attract the attention of researchers and specialists in the field of economic policy to the economic aspects of the application of criminal law to violators of the antimonopoly legislation.
