Impact of the Manager’s Personality in the Pre-University Educational System

Abstract: In the modern age, characterized by the emergence of the leader concept, it is necessary to study the importance and impact of the pre-university education of the manager who is not only a leader but must be a leader, a model to follow. In this article I will present the most important aspects of the study. In essence, the research carried out in this paper aims to highlight the existence of a dependency relationship between factors such as human capital, the internal environment of the school on the one hand and the organizational performance on the other side. The research carried out in this study aimed at designing a tool for measuring the impact of factors studied - defined as variables within the questionnaire, namely the impact of organizational culture on employees, organizational leadership and resilience to change.
