Abstract:
Soya Express is a vegetarian chain of restaurants in New Delhi. It specializes in serving delicacies made of soybean, and the business is modelled along the lines of McDonald’s and KFC. Soya Express has recently expanded to Gujarat in West India and opened its first Ahmedabad outlet by partnering with a local business partner. Despite the initial positive response, the Ahmedabad store has run into multiple problems. This has affected Soya Express’ plans to expand to other cities and states. The owners now need to address issues in Ahmedabad and also decide on future expansion plans.
