Computers in Small Business: A Case of Under-Utilization

Abstract: This article Identifies revenue-oriented computer activities and offers a taxonomy of computer applications in small business. It suggests that a three-dimensional matrix can be constructed to guide small business planners in fully utilizing existing (proposed) computer resources and guide future research efforts in this field.
