Successful Time-Management Techniques for Small Businesses

Abstract: This article provides the small business owner and operator with useful techniques to better manage time. Effective management of time is important for all businesses, but to the small business person who wears many hats, it is crucial to the success of his/her organization. This article summarizes the major time-management problems facing small businesses and offers some strategies for successful time management.
