Evaluation Review, 1991, vol. 15, issue 2, 179-188

Abstract: Recently, Keith Zoski and Stephen Jurs proposed a modified version of the scree test for analyzing Delphi survey data. Although the test has merit, three considerations or problems affecting its use are examined and examples of data related to those problems are given. Discussion is also provided regarding appropriate and inappropriate applications of the modified scree test to Delphi data.
