Evaluation Review, 1993, vol. 17, issue 6, 603-620

Abstract: This aritcle presents the use of an eclectic approach to the evaluation of services to the homeless. The method used combines social network analysis and multiattribute technology to allow for the development of a criterion for the evaluation of an entire collection of services for a geographic area. The factors being considered are the description of the service delivery configuration, the criteria for evaluation, and a strategy for future planning and monitoring.
