Abstract:
In recent years, many researchers have reported that the utilization of evaluation infor mation by public administrators has been limited This article describes a new approach for building a bridge between the evaluation and policy-marking functions in the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services The formal linkage, termed the evaluation analysis and policy development process, has important implications for the utilization of evaluation findings, as well as for the role and level of satisfaction of the career evaluator.
