Abstract: The author reflects on her experiences in popular education in economics, including lessons learned, what works, and specific and detailed examples of various popular economics trainings. The latter include a role play to illustrate structural adjustment programs, a jobs pyramid to illustrate the hegemonic structure of work and pay, and utilizing ten chairs to illustrate inequality in wealth.
