Abstract:

The goals of the salaries as well as the salary structure inPolandhave been considered. The salary structure forming has been considered as an important element of the motivational benefits system. The elements of the salary structure forming inPolandhave been discussed. The internal structure of the salary has been characterized. The external structure of the salary has been elucidated.

Розглянуто цілі праці та структуру заробітної плати в Польщі. Формування структури заробітної плати визнано важливим елементом мотиваційної системи винагород. Обговорено елементи структури заробітної плати в Польщі. Охарактеризовано внутрішню структуру заробітної плати. Розглянуто зовнішню структуру заробітної плати.
