Abstract:

The problematic issues in the sphere of the controversial regulations of the national tax legislation that may be considered to be the essential barrier of making business in Ukraine have been elucidated in the article. The possible way of solving the problems brought up has been suggested by the authors as well as the probable consequences from such suggestions have been shown.

Висвітлено проблемні питання у сфері контраверсійних норм національного податкового законодавства, що є суттєвим бар’єром для ведення бізнесу в Україні. Авторами запропоновано можливий шлях вирішення окреслених проблем та показано імовірні наслідки від таких пропозицій.
